Future Planning

Future planning is a sub-committee of the College Board, assembled together to research, assess and plan future strategies with regards to College facilities and resources.

Projects that the committee has completed recently include:

• Upgrade of the staff facilities (November 2011 & April 2012)
• Renovation of Administration facilities (Completion February 2012)
• New Science Labratories including disabled access. (Completion May 2012)
• Short term visitor carpark off West St (Completion June 2012)
• Renovation of student toilet facilities (Completion January 2013)
• Development of 'The Hub' - student learning support environment (Completion January 2013)

From our recent parent and teacher surveys, some other projects are under consideration, including:

• Integration of Home Economics and Hospitality facilities into the College
• Transition of Year 7’s to Secondary in 2015
• Renovation of the Primary Building
• Redevelopment of College T.P. O'Brien Hall
• New library facilities
• Extension and upgrade of the Manual Arts areas
• Beautification of the College precinct
