P&F

Aims:
The function of the St Mary's P & F Association is to support the school and the general school community. Parents make up this Association and assist the school where possible with key social and fundraising opportunities which aid the acquisition of resources and equipment for the boys.
The P & F administer the Fund Raising Levy collected by the school each term. This levy is used to provide resources to the school in a way which benefits as many of the students at St Mary's as possible. A recent example of this is the acquisition of new lockers for Yr 8-12 students.
The P & F also maintains a commitment to the Sports Complex with a regular donations to the Old Boys' Association to assist with maintaining this magnificent facility for the College.
Meetings:
P & F meetings are held on the first Monday of each month during Term time at 7:00pm in the College Boardroom which is located in the Brothers House. A member of school administration is usually present to keep us up to date on what is happening in the school and these meetings are a very good way of providing feedback to the school about any matters.
Office Bearers:
President: Mrs Jill Scanlan
Vice President: Mrs Kerri Coghlan
Secretary: Mrs Janine Egart
Treasurer: Mrs Kelli Moore
Parents are encouraged to take an active role in College undertakings and particularly those of the P&F. This organisation has invaluable assistance to give to many aspects of College life, and offers parents social contact with and support to each other throughout their son’s education. We hope involvement with and support to the P&F will also lead to lasting friendships, well beyond schooling days.
