Staff Development Programme

Staff Development Priorities for the 2008 year at St Mary's College are:

1. Understanding the Edmund Rice tradition as a component of College Life today.  Edmund founded the Christian Brothers who administered the College for 97 years.
2. Understanding the implications of the newly developed St Mary’s Learning Framework for teaching and learning at the College.
3. Boys Education; St Mary’s is a “Success for Boys” school and we are implementing the professional learning modules from this program with staff members.
4. Implementation of new QSA syllabi and procedures with the professional learning provided by the QSA.
