The library serves St Mary’s College by making learning the touchstone of all library activities and decisions, helping prepare students for a complex future in a global world.

The Teacher Librarian and staff members provide high-quality, personal interaction with students and staff.

The library works to build and maintain a strong user-focused collection to support curricular needs.

Facilities and Services

The St Mary’s College Library offers the school community a range of resources to support teaching and learning and to encourage reading.

In our library, you will find fiction, non-fiction, graphic novels, audiobooks, eBooks, magazines, and audio-visual equipment.

We also offer extra-curricular activities including Home Work Club, Irish Brigade (boardgames) and Chess coaching.

In 2024 Homework Club for all subjects and year levels will run on a Thursday afternoon from 3.05pm - 4.05pm. Curriculum specialist support will be available to boys at this time.

  • Monday to Thursday: 7.30am – 4.05pm
  • Friday: 7.30am – 3.05pm
